EEB Mentor Match is designed to help students in minoritized groups gain admission to, and fellowships for, grad school.
EEB Mentor Match has been operating since 2017 , and currently is administered by the Diversity Committee at the American Society of Naturalists. The program was previously managed by Samniqueka Halsey (University of Missouri) and Terry McGlynn (California State University Dominguez Hills), who launched it and drove it to its current success. We are very thankful to them for such a valuable community resource and are committed to taking it further. So far, we have made 300+ mentee-mentor pairings.
